Halsey as Harley Quinn

Another celebrity to jump onto the Suicide Squad bandwagon was singer-songwriter Halsey. Although Harley Quinn costumes were a tad bit over done, I give her props for wearing the jail jumpsuit rather than Harley’s usual outfit!

Khloe Kardashian as Storm

What would be the point of me even listing off some of the coolest celebrity costumes and not include a Kardashian? Khloe killed it with her costume of Marvels superheroine Storm.
