Not too long from now we will be saying farewell to our class of 2017 Mustangs! Throughout their high school years, they have learned important life lessons, made unforgettable memories, and even gained many friendships. Searching around campus interviewing the seniors can be fun and even depressing. Some are staying close to home and some will be leaving on new adventures .
When asking what plans they have after they graduate many seniors had different responses:
“I want to go to COS and do 2 years there and then I’m going to transfer to a university, hopefully, in Seattle,” said Cindy Pasillas.
“I plan to attend a university or a four year college,” said Dulce Gomez.
“I plan to attend Fresno State to complete my general education and minor in Spanish,” said Karina Ramos.
“After graduating, I want to continue farming while attending COS,” Konner Gilman told us.
Timothy Shahan tells us, “I’m planning on going to Drexel University in Philadelphia and majoring in Chemistry.”
Jake Koorey tells us about his plans at UC Bakersfield, “I want to major in Secondary Education, I want to teach Art in schools.”
Wyatt Gilbert plans to go to Texas Christian University.
Others like Alex Aguilar are planning to take the Military route. Alex plans to become MP (Military Police).
The graduating class of this year has a bright future ahead of them in many different ways and are going to have many different experiences.
We wish them the best of luck in their years to come.
